Could be a bad idea to put Adam Randall or Gideon Davidson in blitz pick-up.

I realize max-protect with an RB is a big part of the offense, but you're just asking for a missed assignment and a strip-sack with these inexperienced RBs, IMO. We might need to hold those play calls until later in the season.

So, we shouldn't throw any passes if Randall is in the backfield? Or do we just tell LSU not to blitz?

Pro teams will sometimes put a TE in the backfield for pass protection when the star RB can't/won't block.

They believe we have a significant upgrade to the RB pass blocking....
Only time will tell, but Mafah missed a lot of assignments.
Go (real) Tigers.

I think they need to know this.
Are they at the hotel already?

I’m sorry, you may be a football mastermind, but IMAO our coaches know more than you, they see they players more than you, they watch more game tape than you. I think our coaches know what they’ve got and when one of our RBs whiffs (as is likely to happen) it will be OK. You warned them and they ignored you.
It’s tough being a fan.

Have CK move the pocket so he can throw on the run
He's actually quite good at it.

Strengths in Moving the Pocket and Throwing on the Run Athleticism and Mobility: Klubnik is noted for his "excellent athleticism with quick hands and feet" and "legitimate speed" (reaching 21+ MPH), allowing him to escape pressure and extend plays. His 463 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns in 2024 demonstrate his ability to create with his legs when the pocket breaks down. Throwing on the Move: He excels at delivering accurate throws when flushed out of the pocket, particularly on rollouts to either side. Scouting reports highlight his ability to make "high-end throws" on the move, with quick releases and the flexibility to throw from multiple arm angles. Playmaking Instincts: Klubnik’s improvisational ability shines in off-script situations. For example, against Pittsburgh in 2024, he made a key throw while scrambling to his right, maintaining eye discipline and hitting a receiver for a first down. His game-winning 50-yard touchdown run against Pitt further showcases his ability to turn broken plays into big gains. RPO and Play-Action Proficiency: His operation in run-pass option (RPO) plays and moving pockets is smooth, with quick decision-making and accurate delivery on the move, especially on fades and short-to-intermediate routes.
