Cook's TD runs

Just curious. On his touchdown runs was FSU making questionable blocks also and did that have something to do with our inability to see the edge and stop those runs? If so maybe the call that is getting so much press was really a make up call for one that went uncalled earlier.

That was never called. Another boulware messed up and let him get outside. It was all on him, the others I don't think I could see from my seat very well.

We took some bad angles, he is super fast and we just weren't prepared for his speed to get to the corner.

when Cook hit the edge. I thought he would dive to try to make a play but his speed was so fast that BB could not do much.

it's much easier to set the edge.

That said, Cook is quick left/right and doesn't need much help against sophomore/freshman DE's

The one Jimbo went nuts on. My memory is that it came over the two long touchdown runs and I just had the idea that maybe it was to make up for a no call on one of those.

The reason cook was able to get the edge was bc jadar Johnson wasn't in the game.
