the bravery and leadership shown by the big ten during covid was much more important than championships. People were dying on the field, literally, however the big ten fought through through a 8 game schedule

In fact, the only variable that destroys that comparison is really just Nick Saban himself. If you throw him out, no one school has dominated in any way.
In the future, it'll be more about dollars than unicorn Head Coaches like Dabo and Nick, but you still have to put the product on the field - just ask Texas A&M.
Or you can just get on your knees and blow the SEC because you're scared to compete. Have at it.

Wrong thinking. A move to the Big10 would expose Clemson football to different parts of the country, play against huge schools with better history than we have and give us a better chance to make the Playoffs and maybe get a chance to play in California to help tap into that huge recruiting territory. In any set of historical metrics, the Big10 with Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Nebraska, USC and UCLA equals the SEC in football and the conference far exceeds any conference in academic prestige. The problem with a move to the Big10 is Carolina is a better fit and bigger target for the conference.
