Clemson '24 vs gamecock '24

The yardbirds are 8-3. They've played in 1-4 in close games (ODU, LSU, Alabama, and Misery) and have had one big loss (ole miss 27-3).

Turnovers have played a big factor in their losses. In each of their 3 losses Sellers has had a tougher day on the ground (albeit they still ran all over LSU).

Keys to Victory:

1. Mo Mafah Mo Better and the CK2 run game: I'm confident if we can keep the ball longer we're going to make it difficult for them. We need consistent drives and 4-5 ypc on the ground.

2. CK2 and the WR game: 2-high safeties will be interesting for us - will be interesting to see how Riley tries to scheme around it. I'd throw short outs and slants, rare screens, and go for an occasional shot down the field. Would love to see that as our first play from scrimmage.

3. Stop the run: make Sellers beat you with his arm. We've struggled with mobile QBs and will need to 4-3 with a possible spy.

4. No special teams crap.

I don’t think there has been a report but I think one or both shoulders are injured.

He has had a known shoulder issue this year I mean he wears that big brace every game and I think he is having problems with other shoulder, why we let him get over 1000 yards and rested him. I think the rest will help a lot. Plus sacks and run game have not been as good since losing Tate and Leigh. We had like 2 sacks on the year and that was uga game up until Tate and the line started getting hurt. Hoping Leigh and Tate can play and play well. They will be the key to how the offense plays imo. Go Tigers!!!

We hold them under 200 rushing and under 150 passing, we probably win. If they exceeded both those numbers, we’re probably toast

The coots have played a much tougher schedule than the Tigers. They look to be much better than us. I've seen us win when I had very little hope of winning. Hopefully this is one of those years.
