Thought we would try tempo or something different this year instead it looks more like safa. Really would like a refund on Riley. 14 points is an embarrassing pos body of work.

I think we have pretty good skill players and our OL is coming along. Injuries slowed us down some, but I still don't see any inventive thinking from our playbook. I thought that was what we brought Riley in for, but I really can't see much difference from what we've always tried to do.

I haven’t seen anything about our play calling that is much different except shaking my head over some of Riley’s play calling.

We don't have any stars. We don't have anyone who team fears. RB and QB are decent, but not top line stars. We're . . . muuuh on offense. And the defense is not as good as it usually is. So there's our season summed up.

And timing in games. He is not very good with that. I recall watching notre Dame game in monsoon. Tigers were playing awesome then they got greedy and tried to throw like a 35 to 40 yard pass. Picked off. Instead of being consistent and running and short passes. They almost came back but that was the game changer.

It's Dabo not trusting the offense to go win games like he did 4 years ago. It's hard to find a rhythm when you just force feed a dead horse the ball on 1st and 2nd down every drive. It's mafah up the middle, some screen or quick pass with no chance of getting to space, and then on 3rd my favorite all stops with no moving target.

Reason our offense sucked so bad is we don’t want to take a chance. What I saw as a game plan was pitiful. Either straighten it out Dabo or get out of the way. It’s really a simple fix. Don’t run between the fuc!in tackles

Our total offense is up 20% since last year, ranked 6th in the nation (highest since 2019), and putting up more yards than any season since our playoff run. Scoring offense is up 10 pts/gm since Streeter’s last season - 42%. Since 2011 we have only averaged more passing attempts per game in 3 seasons - only 2 of those during our play-off run and only 1 under Chad Morris.

To be fair, our stats were padded against cupcakes. In our 3 losses, we averaged 13 pts per game.

Our SOS is currently 27th. Not nearly as bad as most people seem to think and will rise after the ACC championship and again if we make the playoffs. Pretty much in-line with the last 3 years and harder than anything 2010-2014. The run of ACC Championships and playoff games elevate 2015-2020.

It blows my mind with how well the OL played. I think that’s why everything falls back on the Oc . Also Cade could not throw a slant to save his life yesterday . That’s tough from a veteran qb . You know the kids trying just doesn’t have the touch

And Streeter put 30 points on the Gamecocks and got fired the next week.
Air the ball out to open up the run. We tried to run the clock out and rely on our Defense after scoring on the opening drive in 2nd half.

The OC is only comfortable calling plays that the QB can execute consistently. If my QB struggles with his progressions and decision making, it limits what I can do on offense. I can’t run complex pre-snap movements and integrate mesh and rub routes with WR choice routes because my QBs brain will overload and meltdown. I have simplify the offense to a core set of routes he can execute consistently and throw in some bubble screens to get easy completions and calm him down.

Our offensive problems are scheme and play calling. WR's have had a great year. QB has had a great year. OL is much better. However, when the offense finds something successful, they immediately go away from it and revert to Dabo Ball, which consists of WR screens and RB up the middle. You can bet on it. Rob Spence and Billy Napier were fired for doing the same thing. Now....here we are again!
