Yeah, but if we're being honest, not the first comment we've cringed at through the years. 😁

He received all his wealth without really doing anything to earn it. So much like Batman, Klubnick is also rich and got his money by also not really doing anything to earn it.
Pretty slick comparison by Dabo if I do say so.

Well, if memory serves anytime there was trouble the bat symbol appeared as a calling for help. The people needed Batman. Just my opinion, I took it as Coach saying "hey man, the team needs you. They need Cade as they know him not whoever you are right now. They need their leader, not this guy that panics and misses his reads or scrambles out of the pocket, etc." In a way I also see it as with the team needing it's QB the QB needed to utilize all of his weapons. Batman has no superpower. He has gadgets and weapons and depends on them to get the job done. Without his weapons he's useless. Without Cade we struggle, without Cade utilizing the weapons provided we're lost.
That's my weird take LOL!

Who actually says cringe. Sounds gross to say cringe. But to your point Cade thinks he is a superhero. This is my only beef with him. He is what he is and we got what we got. We can’t expect him to be TL or DW. If he understood he wasn’t that good it would be fine. But he thinks he’s a superhero and then proves time and time again that he’s not. That’s not the way Dabo intended it however.

maybe Dabo should have kept his mouth shut instead of making a fool of himself again to the media.

Actually, Dabo showed the team a clip of the Dark Knight, where Batman was tied up in a cave and had forgotten who he was. Then, he remembers and escapes the cave to return to his previous invincibility. I guess it worked, huh?
