Can I get an IPTAY refund?

-So, back in the late 90's I was out of town for work, and with not much to do in the evening; I went to the movies and saw "Con Air". It was indeed a terrible piece of work, but I had to watch this disaster to completion. As I sat there with the credits rolling, I was angry. Mostly at myself for sitting through the whole thing, for picking the movie in the first place, and just general disgust for my fellow humans around me that were cheering it on.
-I was walking out, pondering my life along the way and passed by the Manager. He smiled and nodded. So, I stopped him and asked for a refund. He said, "Oh, was the film messing up, or the sound crappy, etc.?" I said, "Well maybe the sound was off. I think Nicholas Cage meant to say 'My Little Humming Bird', and it came out in some terrible fake southern accent as 'Muuuuh lutttel hoooming buuuurd'".
-We both laughed, and I just said, "no, no technical defects, it just sucked". He gave me a credit at the theater and I went back later in the week to watch "The Rainmaker". Not bad, I think Danny Devito is an underrated talent.
Anyway, what is my point? In the end, CFB is entertainment and I have seen some tough losses, some bad play over the decades; but this product is unbearable to watch. Even when we lost in the past, the game was entertaining. Now, even the wins are boring as ####. So, IPTAY? Maybe even a partial refund or store credit??

keep giving more and more trying to get good parking spots.
If there's one positive, maybe people will actually chill out so that I can keep my spot in peace without having to fork over another $1200 year after year.

But nope.. same seats, same parking.
