He had Brown for a TD. Just set your feet and throw to the M. You throw him open to a spot and we are in OT. Cade struggles in this area and is often late.

All four WRs went to the endzone when all we needed was 4 yards. I don’t think the roll out was planned but how is that the play we called?

You absolutely have to at least throw it to a receiver.
The QB has horrible tonight and the OL did him so favors. Very very disappointing game by Cade first and foremost, and the OL allowed guys through all night. Really really poor performance by Cade and the OL.

Why didn’t we just either run a screen play, or WR slant where someone was just running across just enough to pick up the 1st? It was like they thought it had to be a TD or bust…

Cade was holding the ball way too long in crunch time. Nobody was open on that play but because he was holding it too long (like Georgia in 2024) you have to scheme someone open. A one-read, quick throw to get your 4 yards and keep it moving. But no… drop back, scan the field, and throw it away. Cool… rinse and repeat.

It’s like you have never played football or watched it before. That was our offensive coordinator who we pay millions a year on to developed that play. We were getting blitzed all night and his best solution was to have a long developing route for our wide receiver. Doesn’t make sense. He needs to go
