The mayo seems like an odd addition. I will take your word for it.

on one, and the cheese is shredded mild or sharp cheddar. If using the pre-sliced sammich ham, must have at least three slices of it.
Other than that, you can make it any way you want!

Wonder bread. Blue plate or dukes mayo on both sides. Mustard on bottom. Lots of sliced turkey. Two slices of cheese, hot giardiniera, crushed plain lays. It’s so good!

Sunbeam bread with Hellman's (or homemade) mayonaisse, iceburg lettuce, Beefsteak or Better Boy tomato, Hormel thick-sliced bacon. Sometimes I add a slice of sweet onion and/or a slice of Kraft cheese.

1) Is this part of your Russian Heritage? . . . Or a new found Souther American delicacy?
2) What type of bread? . . . Condiments?
3) Brand of Liver Pudding/Mush you prefer?
Lightly toasted Italian, thin slice bread here, with yellow mustard on the fried Liver side, Dukes Mayo on the onion side . . . Yes, a slice of vidalia/sweet onion. I use Neece’s Liver Pudding!!!
Good choice of sandwiches!!!

No my husband introduced me to it, but my brother in-law's mother (Bulgarian), made some homemade livermush links. My husband said it was the best he ever had!
We also use neeces, usually just on white bread with Dukes mayo, but sometimes substitute grape jelly for mayo.
Another thing he likes (but I don't) is something called souse(?) meat. He likes it with mustard.
The Russian store on 176 in Inman has veal, and he loves to get it for sandwiches also.

I like those brioche slider rolls from Publix. Fill them with either smoked turkey or ham with a slice of smoked gouda cheese and honey mustard spread. Bake them covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

I only make this on special occasions. Monte Cristo Three pieces of Pepperidge Farm Homestyle wheat or oat bread Alternate turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese between the layers of bread Hold it together with short skewers or very long toothpicks Mix a batter from egg, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt Completely cover the sandwich in batter and deep fry until golden brown Serve with plenty of raspberry jam So good!

on a stovetop burner and a BLT on fresh Italian bread from a local grocery.
The grilled cheese is a longtime favorite going back to Clemson days when I got them from the canteen below the loggia. Now, I butter the bread, apply mayo and two-three slices of cheese, then toast it almost black. Salted dill pickle chips, potato chips and Coke are part of the routine.
I make sure the BLT's have plenty of mayo, lettuce, ripe tomato, dill pickle chips and six to eight bacon slices untoasted. Can't stand a frigging BLT where you can't taste the doggone bacon! lol

Turkey, ham, roast beef, cheddar cheese and/or provolone and/or Monterey jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pepper, a few muffaletta olives, a drop or two of Tiger Sauce, mustard, and just enough mayo to skim the toasted rye or pumpernickel bread.

If I’m feeling high class….
shaved Turkey with Munster cheese topped with hot pepper jelly on a croissant
If I’m feeling redneck…
Tuna with light mayo, heavy on the horseradish.
Both are excellent, you all should try them.

1. Grilled cheese (prefer muenster, but will use cheddar, smoked provolone, and colby jack; Duke's mayo inside with a light dusting of smoked paprika, butter on the outside; cast iron skillet; smashed). This is affectionally known as a "camping grilled cheese" since Mom always did these while we were camping.
2. Hamburger with ground angus beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and a dusting of garlic powder. Toppings vary depending on my mood, but never a slice of tomato since I am unusual and don't like tomato on my burger nor ketchup, an insult to the name "condiment" and/or "sauce".
3. PB & J - JIF and grape or mixed berry jelly

Peanut butter, jelly and Miracle Whip

No joke.
In the Miracle Whip vs Mayo debate: If you are on the Miracle Whip side, try it!
2nd choice: Scrambled egg sandwich. Toast the bread and spread it with Miracle Whip. NOBODY makes scrambled eggs like I do. I won't go into detail.
3rd: Very basic peanut butter sandwich except toast the bread and spread the PB on right away. This makes the PB warm and creamy.

Tuna sammich. I make the tuna salad myself with a couple of bald eggs chopped up in it and other in greedy ants. It’ll make yer tongue slap yer brains out! 😛
