Big difference between Nick and Dabo
Jan 8, 2018, 10:46 PM
|
|
Both Saban and Dabo say things like “This is who we are” and “we do what we do” and “we don’t change our preparation for any team.”
But those things have different meanings for each of them. And tonight, Nick is showing the difference.
Dabo = “in game we don’t change our plan regardless of what the opponent does. We stick to who we are.”
Nick = “in game I will use every skill set we have on our team to adjust to what the opponent gives us.”

Dabo is 1-2 against Saban but I’ll take Dabo and his players every day.

It took Dabo a few years to get past Spurrier

I expect Dabo will continue to get better, recruit better, hire better, coach better during the week, and coach better during the game.

Dabo has a better record against Saban than any of Saban's x-assistant coaches.
Saban states what his basic gameplan is, but seems to alwayhs have another plan in his back pocket if needed and will take risks (remember Bama's onside kick 2 yrs ago). I am confident Dabo will not let what happened last week happen again. Not against Saban.

You are 120% right Dabo over any other coach. I would not want saban under any circumstances. He is a liar! Just ask the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Media.

We made an adjustment on offense due to lack of success in the running game, to spread out more receivers and depend on Deshaun in the running game since Bama defenders had to cover more ground. End result Bama couldn’t adjust and we won the game
