James Lott's and Gene Beasley's safety in 1987, set up by John Johnson's incredible hustle on the punt.

My favorite play in football is a defensive safety.

And oh yeah --

I wouldn't argue with that, but Terry Allen's runs on the ensuing drive were something to behold. And, when Treadwell's FG went through the uprights, it was the loudest roar I ever heard in the Valley.

Flaglers (sp)4th down catch from Rodney Williams at UGA, out of our on endzone. Kept drive alive to setup Treadways (sp) winning field goal............

We jumped their line so fast and the QB never moved the ball forward.

So then they tried to go wide. Against our speedy defense.
