Our Agreement provides for annual increases in rights fees and product allowances. Rights fees (Cash) will be $1.2MM in a couple of years.

The parties to the Agreement are Under Armor and The University of South Carolina. Spurrier would be a third-party beneficiary to the Agreement.

Much more than half during the first 4 years. So? No doubt his name got us the contract, but its still a pretty sweet contract for the University.

I feel like we get the shaft from Nike

This year Dabo had to convince them to hook us up with the Tiger paw palm gloves, while UGAy and other programs have had the stuff for years. Texas, OU, Bama, and others get special gear for bowl games, rivalry games, etc. They could throw us a few more bones. Texas had special cleats for the Alamo bowl, while to my knowledge we'll be in our standard stuff for the Orange Bowl. I feel like us going to Adidas or Under Armour would be nice because they outfit less teams and they can make us more of a priority. They didn't eff with Auburn's traditional uniforms, but hooked them up with sick gloves and equipment

i believe what you get comes from your equipment allowance, which we only have $600k to the Coots $2,050,000... it also notes that the Coots get equipment at wholesale pricing, which doubles what you can get in the regular market. hopefully, DRad ain't dumb enough to pay retail.

$750,000 this year. Part of the UA contract with Spurrier, not South Carolina.

Our contracts with New Era and Russell probably effect how much Nike gives us.
