Guy is only 20. It's funny how ESPN is downplaying this as a misdemeanor and will only be a 2 game suspension etc. This story is not going away that easy. Ohio is a biznatch about drinking and driving

I think I heard them say the AD says this does not apply to the
schools two game suspension policy,,,,,,only to sit for the minn game.
YES, he should be charged for the following:
1.DWI
2.MAKING AN EFFORT TO ADVOID THE CHECK POINT
3.UNDER AGE DRINKING

SHOULD BE SUSPENDED FOR 3 GAMES
