I think if you look at any conference there is 1 to 3 teams that dominates most of the time.
SEC
Bama
Georgia
LSU and Tennessee sniff the top every now and then
BIG
Ohio
Oregon
Michigan recently but let's see if they sustain
ACC
Clemson (untill recently)
FSU
Miami seems back
As more teams learn how to properly use the portal and keep key players, more of the middle tier teams are going to be sniffing those 2 top spots.

We’ll have to use the portal to keep up with Miami and Florida State. We can’t keep up with their “Dogs” when running out our local backups ..we’ll also have to upgrade our friends and family staff and coaches ..
