A lot of post on here about DJ some thinking he’s playing better with a Beavers and he did hear others think he’s just kind of on the same line! Too early to tell, but one thing is for certain argue with me if you want to you and most of you will call me a “coot” because that’s what most of you do when you don’t know how to criticize and still be a fan! DJ came in here as advertised as a five star, his performance against Notre Dame as a freshman, which one of the best QB performances I’ve ever seen… I believe we were not misled as to who he was I believe our coaching staff, especially Streeter, ruined who he was. He’s mechanics coming back. We’re off his confidence with shot. He was not the same player and his throwing was different. If you want to be honest here that’s the sad truth, Trevor was also not the same quarterback, coming into his junior in final year. The talent gap on that team was too great to notice, and Trevor also worked with the world’s best during the summer, but under our coaching staff, he did take a hit. I don’t know why must you do not use your eyes to realize this is not about the portal and it’s not about recruiting issues we have four and five stars all over this team. The issue is I love Dabo and would not trade him forthe world. His inept coaching decisions and hires have killed us so far. The issue is that our players are declining every year undo this coaching staff and they are not getting better. They’re getting worse, and injuries continue to Mount, our players in the NFL have mounting injuries that continue to hit as well. I love Clemson and I’ve been here with them since 1980 longer than most of you. That’s gonna get mad at this person but sometimes the orange colored glasses have to come off.

You should read what you wrote out loud to yourself and then you will see how poorly written this is. It takes away from any arguments you were trying to articulate and makes it difficult for anyone to take you seriously. Also, one big paragraph is a big turnoff as a reader.

DJ man he’s cool and then big Dave does that Samoa stuff and I like Girl Scout Samoa cookies but then like he gets a bojangles deal and I wonder why they want an island guy for Cajun food maybe it’s because Cajuns are mainly French and there’s French polynesia man I dunno but like DJ would throw passes and some were good but some weren’t and then he’d run and I’d think an old lady in a rascal scooter could beat him in a race down a Walmart aisle man but it’s all good God bless go tigers all in.

A lot of you saying he doesn’t look any better. I wouldn’t necessarily disagree but I bet if you guys were told that a DJ lead beavers team would be ranked 15 in week three and we would not be ranked at all, you would argue that probably too!

to the Georgia10-3 loss something wrong happened to him.
Was it Street or was it the Ga Dline that sacked & chased him all over the field while he stood like an tall statue in slow motion when throwing to covered receivers.
Saying, at ND in the OT loss there he couldn’t run much due to slight injury but passed left & right and broke their 100 year passing yard record.

It was that opposing defenses had to game plan for Etienne and that opened up things in the passing game. He didn't have that against Georgia.

OK let's be really honest. Dj played great for the first half of the season last year then all of a sudden he looked like hot garbage. Whenever the competition elevated he did not. I turned to the Beavers game yesterday and saw much of what I saw at Clemson. He made a few great throws and runs. Then he had a running back wide open in the flat and literally threw it over his head 10 feet out of bounds without any pressure. This is the problem with DJ he is all over the place. Here is the brutally honest truth. When Oregon state plays a team not in a high school league you will see the same deer in the headlights look and stupid turnovers you saw at Clemson. This is what he is as a player. You can't coach what's between a guys ears. Dj is a walking head case. Love him as a person and wish him nothing but the best but to quote Dennis Green "He is who we thought he was."

Because he had and still has a Tebow-like throwing motion. Wide and loopy. It affects his accuracy and it affects how long it takes to get the ball out of his hand. That throwing motion will not get him to the next level... unless he decides to pitch for the Dodgers.

…but if you futz with the motion and he gets worse… well, that loops back around to the coaching hires themselves, unless as I speculated, it was the outside coaching, or the combination of all of it. Uh oh, that was one horrible sentence and I own it - just too lazy to fix it.

The DJ who played against ND in 2020 somehow managed to set aside all those issues and showed up against WF last season. This leads me to believe that those were the aberrations more than anything.

Your definition of "KILLED US" is apparently crazy. It is ok to take off orange colored glasses, but you really do need some help with your vision of the world of college football. What you see puts 95+% of all college football programs in the 'killed' category. I assume you never played any sport.
