Are they weak?

This team just looks weak. Defensive players make contact and then it takes 5 yards to tackle them. The wide outs get physically abused by the secondary every week it seems.
It sure makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

S&C has never been good. Clemson has been lucky to get naturally physical players coming out of HS. Batson is the biggest issue in the trenches.

Dumb? Games like last night are proof. The combine results are proof. Idc what a football player can deadlift, name of the game is explosiveness and injury prevention.

S&C has always been a huge issue. And to be honest it shouldn’t be that difficult. But it’s obvious it’s been an issue with OL physicality and WR injuries.
