One dude at 247 writes that "there's evidence that he may be narrowing his list", half a dozen other sites quote the one report, and now it's fact.
It might actually be true, but I'm not gonna pay attention until the kid actually says something. Manning apparently does not enjoy talking to media or social media so no one really knows what he's thinking.

That one dude was wilfong which is usually correct. But no more correct or incorrect as our own @ClemsonPaw . it's an easy conclusion to jump to though. Personally don't think he was ever going to land at Clemson. Manning's keep it in the SEC. And yes, he can bring Texas into the SEC.
Btw - wilfong same fella that said Paul was coming to Clemson. Grain of salt.

The Clemson SI site reported last week that the Clemson staff was notified by Manning he had dropped them. That’s the one place where I read the info had come from a source within the program.
