him claiming a mortgage for a primary residence that's actually an investment property/second house? Or is it more than that? That's not something people generally go to prison for, unless I'm missing something. That's a fine and a slap on the wrist, if you're not a repeat or habitual offender.
Can I sue SC for flipping my mortgage to an investment property when I refinanced? That cost me thousands in property taxes that I had to jump through hoops to get back when I finally caught it. And that's standard practice, which sounds dubious at best.

Letitia James said $75 million. Zillow said 24 million. It's actually pretty easy to value Mar-a-Lago, because you can't do anything with the property but use it as a social club (i.e. the property itself isn't worth all that much and it can't have permanent residents except employees; it's the associated club business that has the value). 7X net income is the value (from $7.5 million in dues, fees for parties and receptions, restaurant sales, etc.). For the time in question when he was fraudulently overvaluing the property, net income was around $4 million, 20% margin on 20 million in receipts, which puts it a little over the Zillow estimate.
With all of Trump's corruption, net income has soared as people look for ways to bribe him.

Schiff committed mortgage fraud.
This is a federal crime if the entity that loaned the mortgage money to Schiff subsequently sold that loan to Fannie Mae. (Lenders who offer home mortgage loans use criteria that will give them the ability to sell those loans to Fannie Mae. Lenders commonly decide to sell a significant portion of their mortgage loans to Fannie Mae.)
If Schiff were ever to be dragged into court for mortgage fraud, he might get off if indeed he resolved his ‘mistaken’ mortgage application either prior to 2020 (if the statute of limitations for ‘employees’ of the government is only 5 years) -or- prior to 2018 (if the statute of limitations for Schiff is the same as that for ‘regular’ citizens e.g. 7 years).
(*). Using the Trump / Letitia James / Judge Engoron ‘fraudulent asset evaluation / illegally obtained below-marker interest rate’ case is any example, then Schiff’s trial would be a non-jury trial. If the trial were to take place in either California or Maryland or Washington DC, then the federal district court judge would probably simply dismiss the case and require the federal government to pay restitution to Schiff. If the trial takes place somewhere else, then there would be a possibility that the federal district court judge would rule against Schiff.
(*). Quite frankly, I doubt that Congress would punish Schiff via expulsion from the Senate even if he were ruled to be guilty. I don’t know, but I suspect that Schiff’s brand of mortgage fraud has been done by numerous other members of Congress. Congess surely just wants the entire Schiff thing to go away.

In the one spot of drivel I read, you confuse NY civil court with federal criminal court. The seventh amendment guarantees a jury trial for civil cases, but this right only applies to the federal government, like each of the amendments did until being incorporated against the states by SCOTUS. NY offered a jury trial per the state law, but Trump's incompetent attorney didn't file the paperwork on time. He and the blonde botox bimbo are currently trying to make her the permanent USA for NJ by tricking the system.
The right to a jury trial for criminal cases applies to both federal and state cases.

I'm sure whatever story you're referencing here is one of the top stories in your bubble, with multiple sites like Zerohedge/Gateway Pundit/Fox News/OnkneesforTrump.biz/etc... running articles about it. But for those not in that bubble, it's not even on the radar of being relevant. I'm curious, though, how many of those MAGA sites are still asking about Epstein. I know some were angry, but do any of them still care?

Why are they telling you to only listen to them? Why do they not want you to listen to the hundreds of other sources that aren't selling the MAGA-specific message? I honestly think that if Trump was even just mentioned in the liner notes of those files he would be in Aligator Alcatraz right now. I want the whole daggum thing released. With all the dirty rotten details of who, what, when, and where. If DJT is listed as doing nasty stuff with minors he should hang by nuts with the rest of the kiddie diddlers. And I want it released yesterday.
There is no doubt some silly games being played with this whole Epstein business. There are obviously very powerful people and government agencies involved. Some that certainly didn't and continue to not want that information released. I also think that if Trump was in them in some nefarious way his enemies would not have tried to use Russia gate or any of the other bs trumped up charges to impeach him. They would have used the Epstein list. Could be wrong. So just release it already and let the American people see how dirty, rotten, corrupt, and comprimised our whole government apparatus is. JMHO
