Why should Beamer be nervous? The O/U in Vegas for SC this year was 3 games. They doubled that. Everything is just gravy now. That makes them dangerous.
All the expectations for the year were on the other side of the ball..

I dislike this game:
1. It's the last game of the season.
2. I really hate when it's in Cola.
3. Anyone that lived through "Fear the Thumb" should understand.
I loved when we whoop them, but I've seen some stupid crazy stuff that can happen in Cola.

This is my first serious post in this thread.
Everything you said about the two coaches is true. But this is also true.
Beamer is where Dabo was vs Spurrier their first year facing each other in 2008. Dabo was a rookie coach facing a coach with loads of experience and a couple of National Championships in his pocket. Clemson was fighting to become bowl eligible. Dabo rallied the tigers to win that game and make a bowl. Minus experience, wins and losses and all of that, if you can see the parallel's between Shane Beamer and Dabo from a personality and approach on how to build a program point of view then you are blinded by your love for one program and hatred of the other.
So I'm not saying that's what is going to happen this weekend, I'm saying that in the game of football anything is possible. Beamer has his team believing they can win. They are at home and their fanbase is desperate for a win in this series. Anything can happen.

Desperate to win you say. So now pressure is on Coots to win at home. 7 in a row staring at them. When their O looks over at cold blooded Skalsli, Simpson; Murphy; Davis,X-Man; you think they will be brimming with confidence? They haven’t seen grown men like this since GA game. Vegas has the line over 10 for a reason. Been to a bunch of these games in Columbia since ‘the Catch’. I have not witnessed the Tigers lose yet in the Roach. My butt will be there Saturday and I expect another W.

That 106th ranked scoring offense is terrifying. 21 points per game is crazy good, especially when you consider that schedule. Two of the teams you've played have top 25 scoring defenses. Can't score against that schedule. It'll be a long day for Clemson's top 10 scoring defense. The 13 and 14 points you scored (mostly in garbage time) against those teams should serve you well. And that 54th ranked scoring defense, what can I say. 40 and 45 points given up to the only two teams with top 25 offenses on the schedule. Impressive.

Agreed. Clemson had the better players. Statistics just help to show that. You guys will try to run some hurry up and quick pass game to slow down the blitz. If you hit some of those early you might have some success. Pass defense has been good for the cawks but that's in part due to the schedule. Tennessee at 35 is the highest ranking passing offense you've played. DJ doesn't have to win the game but if he's efficient and protects the ball Clemson wins easily.
