Had to call the winning play last week.??Dabo
Basically said I don’t trust this guy making $2 million to make a decent call to win this football game I got to do it myself.

TE,” don’t do anything stupid here”, like passing in the red zone. That, in it’s self, shows some lack of confidence in DJ’s passing.

I do have concerns with the offense ,but can't quite put my finger on it. After all Tony was calling the plays last year. Only difference was he doesn't have the overall # 1 quarterback under center this year.

Venables called the winning play last game. He has been doing it all year. Elliott has been getting us in trouble all year and Venables has to bail him out.

get the ball 70 plus yards down the field in a couple of plays. 30 points is enough to win a game if your defense is doing its job. Pinning your opponent deep in their own territory with 2 minutes to go should never wind up being 1st and goal at the 2 with a minute left in the game. You guys will never be happy with the improvement of the offense. The offense finally wins a game for us and you guys are still piling it on DJ and Tony.

Again 30 points is enough to win a game if your defense is doing its job. Again the defense put itself in the situation it found itself in at the end of the game by allowing Louisville to March the length of the field in a couple of plays. The offense left them in a great situation. The defense blew it and put their own backs against the wall. Also it was the defense that got gashed for over 200 yards rushing. An injured DJ limped in for the game winning touchdown. Even ESPN’s write up credits DJ with rallying his team from behind. Either way it was a gutsy performance on both sides of the ball and ultimately took a total team effort to win. Proud of both units overcoming adversity and getting the W. You see it one way and I see it another. That’s fine with me. Hopefully our team will keep grinding and get better. Go Tigers

Scott was the brains during the championship runs. Elliott is way over his skis. Recruit an actual QB and get a OC that knows football.
Dabo needs to do what he did after the WVA beat down in the Orange Bowl. Fire Elliott and the ol coach and start over.
If swinney makes no changes, show him where Louisiana is.

To haas wooing plays when Jeff Scott here. Go back and look. Ada o is controlling play calls, watch any game on TV and you will see that. Dabo has been doing it since Chad left.

Seems the EXPERT - QUALIFIED - COACHES on here somehow got overlooked in the hiring process (for any college position) It must be very frustrating to have that much 'qualification' and be left to only be able to armchair coach.
For the rest of us, Go Tigers! A good win at Louisville!
