Next week? Sad how far we’ve fallen but I think we’ll have to get +2 turnovers to win. More likely we lose 24-40 with Cade and 27-40 with cv.

Oh. I think it is possible to win the remaining games and outside of Furman I could see us losing the remaining games. Crazy to think this is where we are. I will be watching and pulling either way.

It depends on if the Tigers come out with intensity and a different game plan on offense. They can't keep running the same predictable plays on offense. If Cade struggles, hopefully Dabo won't hesitate to play CV.

Terrible idea. Duke's weakness is against the pass. They're not good against the run, but they actually have pretty good defensive tackles.

Are you drunk? We can’t run on anyone ! Randall is giving 110% but he is not a RB. He doesn’t have instincts that running backs have and he misses the hole sometimes. Dabo really screwed up not getting a RB. He bragged all offseason about how the RBs would surprise us and we only see Randall almost every play ? How could any real coach that watched us practice every day not have seen the glaring issues on both sides of the ball ?

We just have to make sure we believe we can, then storm onto that field with an attitude of ripping off heads and crapping down throats!
The trick, of course, lies in our staff and team leaders convincing each other and our team that they are capable of doing just that. Duke (to me) has a decent football team, but I don't see them as giant killers, meaning they can be beat.

I think it's slightly a better chance than a coin flip. Duke is pretty good, better than SMU from what I've seen, so it's an uphill battle. But Duke does not have a good defense at all (#80 against the run, #107 against the pass). The big question mark is they've had an excellent passing offense this year. They picked up a great transfer in Darian Mensah at QB last year, and they're currently #3 in passing. He's completing 71% of his passes for 2,200 yards, 17 TDs, and 2 INTs. But he's a statue back there and their offense is very one dimensional. We've been reasonable at getting to the QB this year (#40 in the country). If our corners can play hard and keep Duke from throwing 300+ yards, I think we can win for sure, with Cade or Vizzina (and I'm not a Vizzina believer).
I had us going 6-6 after we lost the way we did the LSU, and this was one of our wins. I still think that's the case.

Don’t worry we have lots of planned touches for Cole the burner Turner in the absence of Wesco.
Problem is Duke can put up points and we just don’t have the dudes or speed anymore on D to be competitive .

We can and will win the game if we come out with wrinkles. We can't play our same old game as it's too easy to prep for it. Our O-line has to step it up and give Cade time to check down and make his throws while opening up holes for our RB.
As for the D, they need to play violent! Stop pushing people down. Tackle hard and let the opposing team know they got hit.
