Even though they beat us head to head, our quarterback was injured or we would have kicked their butts worse than FSU did.

It is a hard call. I have a hard time putting us ahead of them because they did beat us head to head, but we all know that we win that game with DW. Heck we may have still won if Stoudt had not decided to throw 2 pick sixes. I honestly think we beat them 8 out of 10 times if we played.
That being said if you as a committee are using the excuse of OSU not being ranked higher due to their starter going out then you need to have it work the other way as well.

study the make-up of individual games. Only the wins and losses and big time players. They will be introduced in pre-season to a healthy Deshaun Watson who will put Clemson on the map big-time in 2015.
Looking deeper at FSU-GaT game ... GaT's weakness was deep vertical passes which we could not make with D-Wat out of game. Agree with all who say CU-GaT outcome is completely different without D-Wat in game. By my estimation, difference between Cole and D-Wat behind Center represented a 21-point swing to Tigers per game. Hard to overcome.
