Another Observation about DJU - pass to Allen

First, that was a great pass and a great catch to make it 10-6.
Did you notice several players patting DJU on his helmet to celebrate the great play?
Did you notice DJU patting himself on the helmet too - several times?
Is that a new trend? Seems very narcissistic.

It’s what a lot on here do. I got my first “coot” last week. Usually when they’re out of insults or full of liquor. Wear it as a badge of honor.

It's gotten comical. There are about a dozen that every post they make is calling someone a coot. What's funny about it is that I'm far more Clemson Tiger than any of them. They don't offer anything constructive and hand out TDs. If you give someone a TD you should have to explain why. But it's not surporising, it's just a social status clique that they don't want anyone else in.

He is a 'look at me' narcissist of the first order. 19-20yo, covered in tattoos, dresses like a pimp even after losing games, self-aggrandizing "big stinko" jewelry, etc... He reminds me of a garage band trying to live like they're rockstars before they've even played the local hole in the wall bar.
He has moments, I stress MOMENTS that look good like the Allen pass today but I have never seen a player blatantly hand over the ball to the opposing team more than him. None.
Like Dabo says though, "It is what it is and we've got who we've got." I told people this last year, then of course, Taisun and Helms outperformed him in the spring game.
I've seen both great and horrible since the Red Parker days when I first started being an official FAN of the Tigers and got my first IPTAY swag as a gift from my uncle - that ain't changing no matter what but doggone it if this guy hasn't done more to fill up my swear jar than any other guy in my memory.

Another cheap shot at DJ ... boy that's original (and stupid)
You watch Ohio State's CJ Stroud stare down a receiver ... who was nevertheless WIDE WIDE open despite the "stare" ... and then throw a ground ball to this receiver on a SHORT ROUTE into the Penn State end zone? (This happened ~ 5 minutes ago ... on a 4th down play, no less.)
This guy CJ Stroud is one of the Heisman candidates, but of course the OH State fans will want him to be replaced by their next QB or to hit the Portal and GTFO.
Making up stupid stuff to 'justify your disdain' of DJ makes you overlook the easy plays that the 'great' college QBs whiff on.
It's part of the game; get over it.

I saw it too. Reminded me of how baseball teams have team gestures after base hits. That was the only time this year that it looked like he was “part of the team”. That was a good pass and catch. It’s a highlight in the midst of an historically poor season from a D1 QB.
