You’re just floundering now. All of those things should make it harder to be consistent. You might be able to get in the tourney once in awhile and get lucky. But their body of work should not be better than a P5 program paying their coach as much as UConn and more the 7 of 8 teams in the Elite 8.

I’m whining lots of places - not just TNet. Popular sentiment will absolutely have an effect. TNet is both a measure of and and influencer of poplular sentiment. If sentiment doesn’t matter why do companies monitor social media assigning Q scores and daily analysis? In case you were unaware - Tnet is hyper-targeted social media and is, far and away, the largest one in the Clemson online world.

There are literally 74 programs who've done better in the last 13 years.
If you can build basketball programs at locations like Gonzaga, or Tuscaloosa recently, then you can build one at Clemson.
