Go look at the pictures of Shepherd talking trash to M-xander before the game started. Coaches had to hold Xander back, but nothing held him back in the game as he shut-down Sharpe for one catch for 13 yards.
Xander is a BEAST!!
(Showed my age. Must have had Sterling Sharpe in my subconscious.)

I liked the part where Shepard was about as much of a nonfactor as he could possibly be throughout the course of the game.

For sure. I hope he stays 4 years and gets his degree but you get the feeling that he's just born to play this game and no one will fault him if he decides to leave after a stellar year next year.

He plays well in that system and obviously has an argument for it. But I've got to see him play without 2 of the best safeties in the league. Especially with all that Cover 3...he's just not the same type of guy that Revis was a few years ago or Champ Bailey was before that.
