The Final Four for the first time in program history. Clemson did not! Free throws were costly and horrendous tonight! They were 8-16. Might have won the game if they shoot like the 78% team that they are. They were a top 10 team in free throw makes all year!!! Great season, but disappointing performance tonight in this category with so much on the line.

Alabama is just better. Much better at shooting and rebounding. They will make the final four and leave the final four quickly because UConn will destroy them!

And I saw a Clemson team despite what Alabama did, have a scoring drought that “turned the tide” of the game, and not handle their business at the free throw line. Clemson turned it up in the 2nd half and started making 3s too late. Game boiled down to execution and performance. Clemson made too many mistakes. They were more than capable of winning this game.

Nice run, with lots of good basketball, but hate that we never even played a great game. Defensive rebounding must be fixed. Stupid Buffalo Wild wing Buffalo is right, just find a body immediately once shot goes up, but obviously NOT ingrained as should be.
Bama was better, but this was a winnable game w just a bit more focus

I have watched Bama and no they have not done that all year. They avg 34% beyond the arc as a team this team and they shot 45% tonight.

Moreso than our shooting. We left their shooters wide open on most of their 3s. Rebounds I also attribute to defense. That’s a wrap.

Yep. We should have allowed drives to be defended 1/1 vs collapsing. Oh well. Really, it was FTs and missed 3s. Scheflein was 0fer 3s I think and terrible FTs. PJ FTs also terrible

Clemson never quit and played with effort. However, it wasn’t enough. Too many mistakes. Great season, but disappointing performance at the charity stripe was too costly.

Our guys never quit. They continued to make plays to respond to Bama

but in the end Bama just made more plays. You can knitpick at things we didn't do, but every chance we had to fold and let Bama seal it, we'd step up and answer again. We didn't lose, they just beat us. Very proud of our guys!
