Al Borges has rejoined the Auburn staff

Auburn: Former San Jose State offensive coordinator Al Borges has rejoined the Auburn staff as an offensive analyst, according to ESPN’s Chris Low. Borges was previously Auburn’s offensive coordinator from 2004-07. He’s also been an OC at Michigan, San Diego State, Indiana, Cal, UCLA, Oregon, Boise State and more.

If he has been to all of those different schools, and now he is making his way back around to where he has already been, he must not be much worth a chit. Well, he would have to be 85 to have made all those stops and on the way back around!!!

When I lived in Bama, the AU fans said Al was a really good coach, but a terrible recruiter. That's why he can't hold a job according to those guys.

I'm surprised that UGA doesn't want him to help coach. He fits well into an intense run game. Ronnie Jones and Cadillac Williams were almost impossible to stop.
