Did you hear he was injured, then had sister die from a long standing illness, then had a kidney infection himself? The guy is just trying to regroup emotionally and physically now. Quit acting like an entitled, spoiled, brat and stay off the board if you can't do better than this.

Fact is, he has joined a growing list of failure to develop.
What you should be doing Coot is looking at why Pickens and Burch haven't developed?
Attacking someone that's been through what Bresee has been through is about as low life as there comes.

his play this year. This team has a lot of issues and Bresee is the least of them IMO. Can't imagine playing football this year after what he and his family went through this year.
If we are talking about DL, how about Lemanski Hall who hasn't developed a single player since he got here and we are trying to find that pass rush ever since Brooks/Hobby left.

BB and his play should be overlooked this year....considering what he's been through. There are much larger issues such as Roster Management, being stubborn in certain recruiting areas, failure to adapt & evolve....

Hall is just another Bama buddy hire from Dabo. Hobby and Brooks were big losses and their replacements have been disappointing. Those are just the facts.

He constantly gets double teamed.
If I was going to start with DL deficiencies he would be the last one I would be concerned with.

Schematically would be to have someone else step up and make them pay for putting 2 guys on your 1. It’s 11 on 11. Everyone has to be on the same page and win on each play.

More run blitzes with the LBs and safeties…Force the center or the Guard to have to bail on his assignment to pick up the xtra man..thus allowing BB on one on one situations.
There were times last night where They had 6-7 blockers at the LOS and we had a 4 down lineman set…If you don’t bring more defenders than blockers you won’t be effective..period.
But the DL and defense as a whole did their job for 3 qtrs…the running game drains a defense..tye line in particular. They just ran out of gas.

That seems like it would have worked last night. I’m scared to blitz because it seems we get burned more often than not.
That QB last night was not one I felt like would have made us pay. We stopped their run and they would have been toast.

I don't know why more people can't see this. Calling out the DL after they were 6+ vs 4 all night is stupid.
DL has been good to great all year with the occasional slip up, IMO our best unit.

Brian seems to be just sleepwalking through the season with good reason. I doubt seriously he has had a real chance to grieve the loss of his sister. I think is a testament to his commitment to his teammates that he’s out there at all

Bresee has a total pass from me in regard to his play this year. Too much going on in his personal life. I’m hoping he comes back and dominates next year.

The kid has had a rough patch. Add to that, he’s carrying too much bad weight and it’s affecting his speed and stamina. He, Murphy, and Simpson seem to be on cruise control and are losing millions IMO

With his D-Line the linebackers should be having a field day. LBs seem to be having trouble filling the correct gaps and don’t ask them to make a tackle on the outside unless it’s 5-10 yards down the field.
