I would guess this number is a bit distorted due to the June 30th deadline to sign ‘25 deals under pre House NIL. You are probably looking at NIL booking for two football seasons. July thru January for last season and then April thru June 30th as front loaded payment for the ‘25 season.

From the article:
“ A&M will share $18 million in revenue with six sports this upcoming season — football, baseball, men’s basketball, softball, volleyball and women’s basketball — and fund 410 scholarships among its 20 programs under the new roster limits, which is an increase of 154.8 scholarships from the old system. This allows A&M to fund almost every roster spot available that complies with Southeastern Conference and Title IX rules.”
So that’s similar to what Clemson has chosen to do for revenue share (add 155 scholarships at a rev share cap cost of $2.5M), then the remaining $18M spread around the top sports.

I'll go out on a limb and say they will wind up being on the best teams money can buy on paper but one that will not make the playoffs.
Now I sound like some prognosticator we read about before the season starts.
I have no idea what's going to happen to them and don't really care.

Apparently love is not the only thing money can't buy.
Texas and TAMU have been rich schools for decades.
In the last 50 years, Clemson has won more games than Texas or A&M. Heck, our Tigers have won more Nsttys over the last half century than the Long Horns and the Aggies combined. For that matter Clemson has more football championships over those same 50 years than the whole state of Texas.
What is the phrase? "All Hat and no Cattle?"
