Changes at WCCP? Affect on Clemson?

I realize not all like WCCP but changes could affect Clemson sports.
I hear ads on their station about changes coming. "All things must end", etc.
Does anyone know what is going on?

Also, I think the signal boost requires a new frequency. So they will not be 104.9 any more - not sure what their new frequency will be.

They are probably not as concerned about the fringe of their range (who listens to spotty radio?), but about improving coverage in already covered areas such as Greenville.

They have done this before! remember the 50,000 watts are coming?? Huge fail but it was still going to be 104.9
