I know some of you don't warsh your hands after you tinkle. While that's groce, I can understand that more than the following. If you tinkle and don't warsh your hands, why are you taking paper towels out to dry your hands? I can only estimate you got some stray tinkle on your hands and you want to dry it off. Your groce. Wash your hands. Wat do you do at you're house when you don't have a disposable paper towel dispenser? Just rub them on the decorative hand towels your wife (husband) put out? You disgust me.

This depends entirely upon public bathroom context. Looks like it gets cleaned? Yeah, wash up, dry off, paper towel to open the door.
Nasty gas station bathroom or rest areas? My dad taught us when we were kids, your ###### is the cleanest thing in that room, touch absolutely nothing else.

I understand the concept behind it, but I also can't get my hands 100% dry with paper towels so you're wetting your peter a little bit each time. Plus if you like to shake violently, like I do, you'll get drops every where.

AF, and may or may not, but definitely do have dirt/grime/chemicals all over them.
I'm not talking about regular hand soap... I'm talking GoJo - and not regular GOJO, i'm talking Supro-MAX GoJo. That sh!t would scrub sh!t off of sh!t.
I wash my hands probably 12-18 times a day with that stuff.
So screw off.

Never been privileged enough to witness that. I personally always wash after pee unless I am peeing outdoors. Then I eat trail mix or jerky straight out the bag.
