Well they were up to 12th before getting blown out by ND. Yes they lost their QB in the game, but 36-3 is really bad, and they were already down 10-0 before he went down, and he had thrown an INT. In addition to that, they haven’t beaten anyone all that good all season. Yes they played us close, but couldn’t beat us even though we played more than half the game with what was our #3 QB at the time.
