Start exercising lightly by walking..
Then eating right (use free YUKA app to put on the bar code of each food & drink item you buy and if it isn't rated a 75-80 or better output of a 100 then put it back Tiger)!
Example: Cheez-it's rate a 4 out of 100 and YUKA app tells you why..it's additives, sodium, saturated fat, calories, etc.
Yep, you got another chance 74 so use it wisely!
