I finally left the ranks of bachelorhood and am blessed with 5 grandkids all of whom have been able to spend time with us parts of this week. Keeps life from becoming boring!

Congratulations! We’re not too far behind at almost 41 years. This is the time of year to spend with the grandkids. Our granddaughter that lives in Camden is with us this week.

Was younger, 23 and bride was 22, but we'll hit 36 years next week.
I may be unusual, seems like, but almost all my friends and family are also in long-term marriages, most on 25 years or more, lots on 30+.

Not unusual, but you hang with a good crowd…..
Part of that may be Clemson, I met my Lady Tiger 43 years ago at Clemson!
There is something in those hills…..plus we have been to every Clemson National Championship game win or lose!

Many marriages last <5 years in today's world. In just over a month my bride and I will celebrate 58 years...........our oldest Son just turned 58 in May, me thinks he was 2 months premature weighing only 10lb 5oz

Going to celebrate my 41st next month with two kids and 7 grandkids all ages from 15 years old to age 1 with identical twins in there also. They are a joy to be around but they do keep this old man busy with ballgames and playdates. But would t have it any other way. We are blessed for sure.
