Tough loss tonight, no doubt but let’s be real: this team’s been slipping hard since that Louisville game. If you’ve actually been watching and not just scoreboard surfing, you’d see the fielding’s been sloppy, the pitching shaky, and hitting with runners in scoring position? Straight-up embarrassing — 1 for 21 vs. NC State? That’s not bad baseball, that’s brutal.
Yeah, go ahead and get mad, but Clemson just burned through Knaak and Bailey for nothing. Winning the series now? A long shot. And if they drop back-to-back series, that national seed could be in jeopardy. But hey, if they keep playing like this, postseason rankings won’t even matter.
So to the folks in denial or out here trolling with takes that make zero sense — thanks for confirming you haven’t been watching. The truth stings, but some of us are actually paying attention. Always Go Tigers! 🐅

Base running cost us the game tonite,can’t get picked off at second base , next hitter hits a double , Bases loaded with one out and get thrown out on a short fly to center at third before the runner at third crosses home plate . Pitiful job by the runner and
3rd base coach.Score should have been
6-4 Tigers in regulation!

Sorry don’t mean to pile on the bad news but it’s a 5 game conference losing streak. The last game in the Louisville series, the 3 game NCST sweep, & nos game one of FSU . That makes 5.

As many of base running blunders we had and leaving runners in scoring position, we were 1 out away from beating a top 5 team at their place. I ain't giving up, and neither will our team!!!

It’s not just baseball ! I have never seen a college team with aluminum bats not have a single hitter batting 300??? This is epically bad hitting !
