Obvs the way the season is turning out is shock #1. From coaches to players the dudes are not showing up when it counts and that hurts.

But how about Adam Randall? I’m not sure if you can remember but the dude could barely catch the ball for his first several years. Dealt with a lot of hand injuries. Was a soft receiver imo. He had a few moments here and there but overall was a bust in my mind.

His kick return against SMU really changed my mind on him. He played scared and timid vs LSU but has been our greatest asset since. Lots of room for improvement for him.

I still dont think hes the best rb on the roster and he misses alot of big plays that a natural rb would hit. He should be in a rotation not THE GUY, i know thats going to be an unpopular opinion but i see enough plays where hes trying too hard to hit the designed hole when theres TD or huge play capabilty on a cutback or bounce.

Have you watched the past two games?

He is cutting back and in some cases STILL waiting on the pitch from Cade which doesn’t come.

Also, he is a willing blocker and capable receiver out the backfield when used properly.

EZ doesn’t seem able to accelerate and Davidson doesn’t run violently yet.

Randall is RB1.

He also WANTED the ball on 4th and one. You can see his response when Cade was tackled... Disappointed!!

Cudos to Randall. He seems to give more effort than almost anyone out there and he s probably my favorite player. However, how about a rotation of backs to keep a fresh guy on the field. GD is a big time recruit and we won’t give him a legitimate shot. Randall is RB1 but we need to give GD or EZE some legit carries.

He's been a bright spot for the team and i'm glad for him. He stuck with it and has played well enough to help the team win.

I can lose with 22 Adam Randalls, guy is giving it his all out there. Also he's learning on the fly, I wish we moved him sooner. Makes mistakes here and there but he's the only guy on offense giving it his all for the school and the paw every single play.

A defining player for Clemson in 2025. Never played RB. Never considered as a RB by Dabo and coaches until this year when he was beat out by every other scholarship WR for playing time.

And yet no one is giving more effort. He is tough and deserves credit. Against bad teams, Randall is a solid player although ball security and blocking are still problems he faces as a 1st year RB. With more years to learn the position, Randall could be an asset in future seasons. Yet this year is it. Higher potential freshman RBs Davidson and Eziomume are not playing which is not setting the team up for future seasons and is increasing the odds they will transfer through the portal in Jan 2026.

A conundrum. Randall deserves carries but also should be receiving 50% not 100% of reps and carries.

I totally appreciate his efforts and I think he's done awesome considering the situation, but go watch a back like that Hardy kid from Missouri, watch how he let's the play develop and has insane field vision, speed, cutback ability and keeps his pads low, that's what it's supposed to look like. We shouldn't be in this position, EZ E and Davidson still need to carry the ball.

Our offense is based around WR running plays. With a solid offensive
