I'm impressed when I see young people like this. She could have gone where she had all the fans and preferential treatment she could need for her ego, but instead she's willing to step out on her own, shoulder a load and try to lead others toward a goal that if achieved would be incredible.

Instead of the easy route, she's taking the road less traveled toward a greater challenge...... good for her! She believes in herself!

I think she sees the writing on the wall. Some of these athletic programs are about to bust, while others are trending up quickly. That, and Kwolek seems to have made her mark on her. No surprise if you've ever met Coach Kwolek.
