like most of us, I do a fair amount of online shopping. do my best to find "local" vendors to support Main St.

So anyways, my Sunday School group is having a brunch party and we wanted to make a custom sign for church so all the guys / dads in the same age group know we're hosting an event.

Found a local sign maker, filled out the forms, confirmed the formatting, etc. Wasn't too bad, around 50-60 bucks. ETA for delivery was last Friday (needed it before Church)

So saturday mornign comes around, and no sign. Called UPS based on the tracking number, they never received it. Ok...now I'm pissed, as my day job is shipping #### across the country right?

Luckily...I use an Amex. Called Amex, canceled order. Eff that guy and his podunk shop.

I try to give him another shot, call back and say hey I never received my sign but we're pushing the brunch out...any chance I can get another order.

He wants me to pay for the one that they "lost" and then file a new order?! You fuggin kiddin me w/ this ####? These small town guys just don't know how to service customers, and I always try to give em my business.

Anyways, I told his bigdumbuglyass checks in the mail. Ha...ain't payin him #### and no one from our esteemed church will order jackfuckingshit from this guy again.

Lesson Learned: Use Amex. They protect you from shiesty local vendors who try to rob you at ever turn.
