And, it feels surprisingly good to not have to live with those 15 years of totaling 50,000 posts & a zillion replies to posts..gunning for 100K's of TU's, wanting to better the 60+ POTD's and dozens of HOF's..
and worrying about maintaining a perfect 100% rating in that I couldn't give a flip for any more and actually light my imperfect 90% rating which shows some manhood in that I can tilt over the apple cart and move on laughing.
Yep, my LightBulbBill acct had run its course and not being able to get into my account was a blessing in disguise (remember I am 84, a little dementia, not tech savvy and gave up pretty quickly) since it allowed me to watch y'all from outside the tent and what fun it was to see y'alls daily posts, smile and move on.
Saying, being on a forum of any type can be overrated, overpowering, toxic, brain dumbing and really not good for one's health and best use of time.
Thus I can see why the majority (100,000+) of peoole who look at TNET daily never say a single word or post (they are smart!).
And, we have our daily posters who have their buddies & choir and they chat with & to as well as TU each other..like a high school fraternity.
Yep, liking being a Vagabond of sorts on here now with a name that suits the young spirit I was in 1959..and which was a great year at Tigertown when the Howard coached Tigers were pretty good by upsetting & beating the TCU Horny Frogs with AA Bob Lilly (later a giant with the Cowboys) in the inaugural Blue Bonnet Bowl.
