Some of you in the local area may have seen something on the news tonight about a head on collision in Starr.
The driver that got hit is the father of my wife and my close friends. The other driver came across the center line on a pretty sharp turn and collided.
Luckily he only sustained a laceration to his head and a broken femur, and he also had their 3 dogs with him and they are all fine as well.
As far as I know the three people in the other car, driven by a 16 year old, are also stable.
It's a miracle no one was more seriously injured after seeing the cars.
If you could just send prayers up for everyone involved for speedy recoveries, and also for our friend's father as he has to have surgery tomorrow on his leg.
