I agree. SEC will NOT be left out in the last year of the CFP committee. I predict they will in fact include UGa & Bama in their last year of ridiculously pandering to the SEC. A final “up yours” gesture to college football as they fade into the annals of its history and well deserved oblivion.

2016 PSU won the big 10. Penn State was conf champion. They were left out for OSU. And we know what happened there.

If Bama beats GA, then TX and GA would each have a loss but Georgia’s loss would have come against a team that TX beat and TX would be a conference champion so I think they would get in over GA.

Sorry, but every talking head has already given the 4 teams - it's unanimous. Washington, Texas, Bama, and Michigan assuming they take care business. Fla State only has 1 quality win and with no QB is OUT. You can't put Bama in and leave Texas behind since Texas beat Bama and then won their conference. If Mich loses in a fluke then UGA sneaks in - long before FSU. Sucks playing an ACC schedule since it's a such a joke.

We differ in only one respect: Texas vs UGa. Your contention is that a 2x Natl Champ w/ a 29-1 record currently ranked #1 and beaten by 3 in a SEC championship game would drop out of the top 4 to be replaced by the Big 12 champ. There is NOTHING in the history of the CFP committee to suggest that’s going to happen. So you declare that Bama should be in because they beat Georgia but Georgia should be out cuz Texas beat Bama. Hmmm…

Stronger actually. But FSU is an ACC team without the QB that got them there, therefore “NOT one of the 4 best teams in the country”. Win or lose the ACCC game FSU is out IMO. There’s not a team in the top 4 they could beat right now w/o JT.
