please take into consideration, it is part of coaching to make connections all over the country. He did some of that while he was here and before. If he wants to offer a player that has a Clemson offer along with his many many other offers and particularly a player that is not committed to us then that recruit is fair game for all comers even Chad.
Look at it this way, he needs talent and he feels a guy we offered while he was here is suitable for his program if the kid would choose to do so. I see no issues with this.
If he was to issue a currently committed kid, then I would have an issue.

this is a worse spit in the face to Clemson than when our coaches elect to run the QB in goal line situations instead of giving it to the RB.
It seems a poor repayment of gratitude for the couple years and millions of dollars Clemson gave him in order for him to loose us the two most important games of every year there for a while

rather than Clemson - then quite frankly - he was not the kind of player or demographic we seek.
Morris will get some talent - but the best talent wants to play with the best surrounding talent. His next couple of years will certainly be tough going. Good luck to him. But his recruiting market is mostly Tx. He will steal from Texas, TAM, OK, etc maybe the odd skill player from south east. How many people did he get from TX area to come to CU? virtually none.
