You are right by saying that will never happen. Has a team ever been kicked out of a conference ever? You are also right that in a dream world that would make my decade.

Watch carefully this year if South Carolina has reasonable success on the gridiron, and what that will do for their recruiting.

Also, some might deride the program, but look at its Women's Basketball success, as well as its baseball national titles. And (to the horrors of many, no doubt,) I believe young Coach Beamer might prove to be just what their football program needed.
