Clemson does not, has not, and should not EVER settle. It is a premier university offering top level education and athletic programs.
And we are constantly told Clemson basketball is what it is, and will always be what it has been. AND THAT IS COW DUNG!
We are told to settle, that the current basketball head coach is a good coach and is an overachiever when compared to history. MORE COW DUNG!
Every Clemson sport demands excellence! Fosters a winning culture, and holds high standards for measured success, except basketball. AND THAT IS BULL ####!!!

I agree and hoops only needs 10% of the people to show up that football does. We could and should be able to do that and in the past have shown we will when the program is solid. we can do this I dont get the love football and baseball and dont give a carp about hoops mentality. Its like your children. You love them all -even the annoying teenagers

We're 21-11 and going to be seeded at worst 35th best team out of 350+ teams in D1 and that is hot garbage.
15 teams in ACC and we were seeded 6th and that is trash.
Forget since inception, but rather CBB has not won the ACCT in 14 tries. Neither have these:
BC
Louisville
NCSU
Pitt
Syracuse
Wake
I think if the job posting is to go 25-6 and win the ACCT every 5 years....we're out of luck unless we get blue chip recruits. Maybe we can get an "Everybody Rides" NIL deal with BMW in Greer? 🤑

How do we gripe about the money disparity between ACC and the big two then spend more money on basketball when so few care? The money is either a problem or it isn't. Maybe I don't understand . If we're in the tournament isn't that the gold standard for Clemson basketball historically?
