I agree Judge and will add that perhaps Amir sees that the team is improving and wants to be a part of Clemson basketball for another season. We have all been excited when a football star decides to play his senior season and now Coach Brownell has developed this same attitude in his star players. A good day for the Tigers with this announcement.

J. Baehre can be a force. Still could have a variation of lineups, but having the leaders in Simms and Trapp will help.
PG- Honor/Trapp SG- Dawes/Hunter/Hemenway SF - Newman/Moore/Tyson PF/C- Baehre/Simms/PJ Hall
Should be a solid team with a few of those combinations. If both freshman can get pt, we'll be even more deep.

Great to hear. He is not only a nice player but a team leader who makes others around him better. He pushes his teammates to be better.

Very good decision and his leadership is needed. This can only make it better when he does go pro after the season.

You can imagine the smile on Brownell this morning . Simms will come back and be playing for a pro contract , and most likely was told he wasn't ready by certain sources . Could be a great year for Clemson basketball .

Also great that this won't be an excuse if our 2020-21 season doesn't go as well as anticipated as all the pieces are in place for that elusive tourney run.

I’m obviously happy for all involved.
The question is, are you?

Judge, I think GWP and Francis are both obsessed with you.
Every single time you post, they soon follow.
Kind of strange and sad at the same time.

I'm sure you're aware of that. If you need proof look at our decade-long declining attendance. It is comforting though knowing that we will either be a tournament team or we'll be making a coaching change. I'm expecting tourney, actually, because that fits Brownell's pattern of on court success here. Win / Win I say.
