I’ve been to several of the other ACC football team’s forums, and their fans all feel Clemson, FSU, and Miami are going to survive this. They are not sure about the other programs, but UNC, NC State, GT, UVA, and VT have a fighting chance. The rest are toast.

The bottom line is the Power 5 is dead. There is now the Power 2. If you are not in the SEC or Big 10 going forward, you are now irrelevant. Money differential will be mammoth. Clemson needs to do what ever it takes to get into one of those conferences.

That is the move. Whoever doesn’t get a chair in the SEC or Big10 when the music stops can join the 3rd major.
They can poach some top teams from the AAC, etc… and put together an interesting conference. Probably should play the numbers game and go with more teams than the SEC and Big10.

they would pursue Oregon, Stanford and Hawaii before someone else poaches them. Otherwise at least three of the aforementioned schools are all bolting for the NFC South while the rest of the conference will be dispersed to the FCS.
