I know one thing. These will be the worst NBA finals as far as how good the teams are. The best teams were knocked out due to injuries.

Their profits are all time highs though and dwarf those days. The NBA is so huge internationally now. They are thriving. A lot of people don't like to hear that due to political reasons, but the NBA has been booming for years. That's part of the reason the NBA kissed Chin's behind. I guess thats why so many businesses do.

Exactly. The NBA and ESPN subsidize the WNBA. It would not survive on its own merits. The same with the LPGA. It has been on life-support for years and only exists because the PGA subsidizes it.
With the exception of the women’s World Cup and women’s tennis there are no popular female sports. And I’m not talking about college. Women’s softball is popular in college, but on the national and international scale, it’s World Cup and tennis. But even the women’s World Cup team is only popular in a few places, which is why the men’s World Cup generates exponentially more money.
Liberals continuously scream about discrimination and misogyny etc. etc. etc. yet America is over 50 percent women. If women in America wanted women politicians and women’s sports they would be popular. But they are not. Women don’t vote for women. Women don’t care about sports.
When you make up more than 50% of the population you don’t need support from men to get things done if women really cared about these things. But they don’t! It’s just more BS from the left where they try and take something that is not remotely controversial and turning into some big stink to gain political points!

They probably lie and just turn their tv's on in hopes of influencing the ratings. They do yard work or laundry during the game. Maybe go on a run or walk the dog.

I was flipping through channels earlier today and my son told me to stop on the WNBA game. We both guessed how many minutes it would take for either team to get a field goal. He won at 3 minutes.
They just have such a hard time scoring.

Women’s basketball is just horrible to watch. Now I could give 2 craps if they play, but they should constantly be told that they only exist because of the money made by the men. And under no circumstances should it affect their housework.
Title 9 should have a stipulation that if the sport can’t at least self fund, then it’s only to be played as a club sport. As a matter of fact, that should go for every collegiate sport mens and women.
Except women’s beach volleyball, they can continue under strict uniform standards approved by me

You agree, I assume, that the WNBA is not a popular product . You agree that it wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t paid for by the NBA, right?
It’s not mean or cruel, it’s just the way it is.
Having said that, I hope the WNBA players demand equal pay and the NBA goes broke. So theres my feminism moment
