The accident happened just a few miles from my work, I farm, and about a mile from his home. He was headed home and was approaching a right curve but could kind of yeild straight onto another road. Well he went straight and did not see the car coming around the curve and they hit head-on. From my understanding, other than breaking his femer, he has no serious injury but unfortunately the driver of the other vehicle did not make it. I know that will probably the toughest injury for Phillip to overcome and our prayers should be for both families.
