He would have been on my short list for coaches for Clemson to look at, had our season ended differently.

Although Louisville has fallen on hard times lately, they obviously have a pretty good basketball history. It will be interesting to see if Kelsey can bring them back, and if so, how quickly.

Maybe after Coach Brownell wins his second natty in 2030 he’ll decide it’s time to retire and Pat Kelsey will have done well enough at Louisville to be a candidate for the job.

The funny thing is Louisville fans are saying this hire is not good enough for them. Lol. Go look at twitter.

The same group that was sending death threats to Dusty May when he wanted the Michigan job instead.

Maybe Kelsey should just turn them down...

WADR, we will not know if it is a great hire for a few years. The roads are littered with hires which were thought to be home runs but flamed out a few years later.
