Looking at these Ohio State posts, stuff about ND and all - I'm curious which team do you despise and why? As for me, I loathe LSU (just based on our Natty, the way that team acted and the overall environment in NoLa), Utah (based on a work project I did with the University several years ago) and ND (join a d@mn conference already). Those are the main ones - I'm sure I've got some minor grudges I'm not thinking of..
But what say you? Who else do you also loathe and root against?

I probably should hate them, but a fair amount of my friends are UGA fans and I've been to Athens a few times, it's a cool place - so, I guess I overlook them. But as they continue their run, I do dislike them more and more.. Esp with all their off-field stuff.

Yea - NC State, good addition - as long as Dave Doerknob is their coach, I will also pull against them. I was the same way with GT/Paul Johnson, but now that he's gone, I've let that one (sort of) go..

I hate how they have dominated us over the years.

And the gulf is wide. It wouldn't bother me if the margin were negligible.
Those nasty dawgs are the team I get most fired up to play..

Most arrogant fan bases around. Both teams rack up most of their wins from playing teams they are far more talented than. Then shout from the rooftops how great they are. Then most years get embarrassed by a actual good team. Now that their large donors can purchase other teams stars they are actually good.

You could make the case that all winning teams at the top 'out talent' nearly all teams they play. Talent wins out most of the time. Both teams have earned their stripes and competed at the highest levels this century among multiple coaches. Maybe OSU more than the Irish but ND has played for titles with Kelly and now Freeman.

For example I hate Notre Dame but I hate Georgia worse... Therefore I root for ND
For the CFP I am rooting for Texas because I hate Ohio State more. Although I have not really developed a good long hate of Texas like I do for all the SEC teams... accept Vanderbilt, I find it hard to hate a school in Nashville. But it's not like I'm not willing to try.
I really hate Penn State and ND equally on this one. My guess is the winner of this game is going to beat either Texas or Ohio State. However, I would like to see Penn State choke (again) to Ohio State in the championship game but that would mean that cryin Ryan would win another.
Finally, I hate USuC and root for anyone that they play/compete against. This includes competitions like the concrete canoe engineering competition. It's a long fermented hatred after living in Cootlumbia for the past 10 years....

2 - UofSC (ignorant, mouthy, and deluded but totally harmless)
3 - O-cry-O State (a bunch of butt hurt cry babies)
4 - Nancy State (they are the Coots of the ACC)
5 - LSU (I smell corndogs)
6 - Tennessee (thinks history/time stood still between 2008 and 2022).
7 - Virginia Tech (drunken mouthy students mostly)
8 - Maryland (NFL fans who jumped on the Friedgen bandwagon) - Pretty quiet bunch now

OHIO STATE without a doubt! I may hate them worse than USuC! They are obnoxious to say the least! I have a lot of coworkers that are OSU fans. They always talk about us "living in the past" and that our team is on a decline, but we've won two championships since they have, and they have a grand total of 1 win vs Clemson in their History!

Now as I’ve mellowed and aged - can’t say I hate any fanbase or team.
I’m not a native South Carolinian so don’t have the big #### hate. FSU now sucks so hard to despise them these days. I now live 30 min from ND and have met quite a few players, administrators, and alumns the past 10 years - and only a few are jack hats so no hate there.
I guess I just have love.❤️
Fine. If I have to hate a team, let it be Rice University!
